Older Adult Exercise is my speciality. I provide many different sessions for age 50+ at all levels of ability from seated exercise to dance fitness and strength classes.
I want you to get the most from your sessions and feel good afterwards.
I also offer smaller group Pilates classes at different levels including sessions for back care and other orthopaedic conditions.
I’m proud to be a ZIN qualified instructor teaching the Zumba, Zumba Gold, and Zumba Toning Programs for adults of all ages.
I teach the Lift Lean program helping women and men to improve strength and achieve balanced nutrition.
I also run my own brand classes too Dance Me Fit and Creative Conditining I provide specialist workshops for small groups teaching participants about various health conditions such as Osteoporosis, Pelvic Floor and how to manage their weight.
