Please arrive 10 minutes. before the class is due to start. You will always be greeted with a warm welcome and will need to wear comfortable workout clothing and footwear (bare feet for Pilates, trainers for other classes) and bring any equipment with you that you need ( mat for Pilates a cushion and a small hand towel) and some water.
I will ask you to complete a screening from which includes questions about your health and fitness and any medical conditions you may have.
I will then have a short chat with you about the class format, discuss your goals and answer any questions that you may have.
Throughout the class I will keep a gentle eye on you to ensure you are ok
You will always be encouraged to work at your own pace.
If you are working out with me online then I will send you a digital screening form to complete before you take part in the class.
